I knew that I would not spend a ridiculous amount of money on a dress that I would wear once so I hit up eBay and found two dresses that I will wear. The ceremony dress is a white strapless A-line with beading and embroidery on the bodice. It is beautiful and it was only a hundred dollars!
I got these white beaded flip flops that match the embroidery perfectly for $30.
I wasn't planning on getting another dress until my fiancee told me that he really liked the sweetheart top dresses. Since I had already gotten my strapless dress I decided to try to find a sweetheart dress to change into at the reception. I decided to keep this a surprise for him and will change into it right before we dance to a song that I am dedicating to him. I almost didn't get the dress because it is ivory and not white but I absolutely fell in love with the shape and style of it. I got this dress for $60 shipping included! The train is longer than what I wanted so I'm just having it shortened alot.
The shoes I'm getting for this dress has beading that also matches this dress, they are $57.
The necklace is from http://www.estzone.com/ and was $19, it also comes with earrings.
I am thrilled that I got two gorgeous dresses for less than two hundred dollars. I know some people tell you to stay away from eBay but if you are looking to find a good deal on a great dress than I highly suggest looking.
The bridesmaid dresses are from http://www.justthebeginnings.com/ and http://www.keepmeinstitches.com/. Both sites have mainly the same dresses but with some different color options on some. I wanted the girls to get a dress they loved and would wear again. The dresses range from $59 to $109 but I think the dresses they chose were between $69 and $89. They could pick the style as long as it came in burgundy. The girls that have gotten their dresses so far have loved them and they were great quality. Here are some of the styles they have gotten, these will all be burgundy.
I told the girls they could get whatever shoe they thought matched with their dress or they could get shoes dyed to match if they couldn't find anything. The only downside is that because the ceremony is outside, a wide or wedge heel or flats are really the only options for them.
My daughter is a junior bridesmaid and found her a dress on eBay for about $40.
